The name “Flor Viva” hails from Brazil as ‘flor’ translates to flower and aqua viva to jellyfish in Portuguese. Not to be confused with the Portuguese Man O’ War, Flor Viva is all beauty, without the deadly sting. This original was created on reclaimed wood from Hurricane Irma in Florida, 2017 this painting is part of the original "Hawaii-5-Oahu" and it still resides in the Hilton Alves Gallery in Kahuku, Oahu, Hawaii with it's cousins, "Stoke-a-Nut", "It's All Right", and "Peek-a-Board".
